Inside each meditation bowl box, you'll find a cushion, striker, and a hand-cast brass bowl along with instructions for how to use the bowl for a simple meditation. Each bowl is carefully finished to present a clear tone when tapped by the wooden striker but not intended for use as a traditional singing bowl. Meditation bowl boxes are beautifully designed and exceptionally green. Each box is made with sustainably harvested Himalayan lokta paper over recycled paper board.
